Hypergraph Optimization Project

This project focuses on Optimization Algorithms for Hypergraphs. Our objective is to develop open-source code for various optimization problems. Currently, this is a work in progress, and we will continue to add different algorithms as they become available. Additionally, we aim to provide comprehensive documentation and examples to facilitate understanding and usage for developers and researchers. Our initial focus will be on the k-Cut Problem.
